Considered to be one of the most natural golf courses in Dubai, Tower Links Golf Club is quickly becoming one of the most popular destinations for the golf enthusiast.

The course opened in 2004 sits perfectly with its surroundings of the mangrove reserve and backdrop of the Hajar mountain range and provides the golfer with a true test of their golfing skills, whilst tantalizing their senses with the abundance of both aquatic and bird species.

The facilities at Tower Links are superb with great practice facilities, including a floodlit driving range, a chipping green and putting green giving the golfer everything they need before their game and those that wish to improve their game during their stay. The clubhouse offers a gym and a spa for those that wish to relax as well as a fantastic restaurant serving Middle Eastern, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. The Bunker Lounge is a great place to catch up on all the sporting news from around the world whilst enjoying a refreshing drink.

The course offers a selection of tees to provide golfers of all levels with a challenging golf course that will live long in the memory. The back nine gives the golfer the opportunity to experience floodlit golf and for those that wish to test their skills from the championship tees will be faced with a length of 7,199 yards.

You are eased into the game here with a couple of simple par 4s to get you on your way.

The third is a short but challenging par 4 that requires only a fairway wood from the tee. The second shot is key on this hole, with water surrounding the green requiring a controlled and directed shot into the green.

The fifth is a true three shot par five, that will test even the greatest golfers. The tee shot must be well positioned with water all down the right hand side. Depending on the tee from which you play you can make the hole shorter by taking on more of the lake, but beware get it wrong and you will be punished. The second shot has to be played short of the bunkers that lie in the middle of the fairway, which will leave a tricky approach over the water to the green.

The 8th is the longest par three in the Emirates, played downhill from the tee, you wil require a fairway wood from the tee to reach the crescent shaped green protected with a deep bunker to the left and a tidal channel to the right.

The short dogleg 14th will have the longer hitters trying to hit the green from the tee, over the mangroves. Too far left and you will be left with an almost impossible approach, play safe and give yourself a great chance at a birdie.

The 18th is a great final hole, giving the golfer a perfect risk and reward hole. Water to the left requires a well struck tee shot to leave you with a chance of getting home in two. The second shot played over the water to an almost island green, bordered by bunkers could yield a birdie or even an eagle, miss the green and you could wrack up a big score.
