The Palm course would be considered as the most picturesque of the 3 loops with designer Watson creating a visual spectacle with the use of trees flanking the fairways and the strategically placed clustering of pot bunkers that partner the more aesthetic bunkering around the greens, which are often elevated.

To start The Palm course the golfer is faced with probably the toughest challenge of the loop, with the signature hole unusually being the first. A par four of 384 meters from the blue tees the golfer is required to be warmed up before standing on this island green which will require a long carry to reach the fairway. The second shot is no easier with an approach over yet more water to a green that is guarded by several green side bunkers.

The 9^th is also a good hole, a 394 metre par four which requires accuracy from the tee to avoid the fairway bunkers and leave the best angle into the green which is flanked by water left and bunkers.

The second course that would generally make up the 18 holes for tournament play is The Rockies. As the name suggests the course is sprinkled with various rocky outcrops which provide a challenge to the golfer as well as a distinctive feature for the course which is otherwise relatively flat.

Of the holes on the Rocky Course the 8^th is a good par four, measuring 366 metres from the blue tees the hole requires a drive that finds the undulating fairway to leave an approach to the green which is protected with water.

Of the 3 loops the final is The Crocodile Course is somewhat less challenging than the other two loops of 9 although water hazards come into play on many holes. For longer hitters looking to take advantage of the more generous fairways the par 5 fifth is the perfect chance to get home in two. The hole runs parallel to the North-South motorway and has a backdrop of splendid high rises. At 502 metres the real trouble comes if you over-club your approach which will find the water.

The course takes its name from the crocodile pit which you can find nestled behind the 7^th green, which is also the signature hole of the course. At 358 metres the hole requires a tee shot that avoids the water left and a second shot over the water to the green, a par is a good score here.
