Built by world-renowned course designer Robert Trent Jones Jr. ,Navatanee Golf Course  is a world-class championship golf course and was the first golf courses in Asia that he designed.  As well as being an exclusive private members club it is also one of the oldest courses in Bangkok which means that most of  the fairways and the lush greens are bordered with beautiful mature trees and colourful local plants which offers a real escape from the noise and pollution of Bangkok.

The signature  hole is the 6th which is a very long and difficult 445 yards par-4 that demands a long and straight tee shot to have any chance of reaching the green in two but be careful as water guards the left side of the fairway with yet another pond protecting the green.

The 9th hole is another long par-5 with water protecting the left side but if you decide to play safe and stray too far right then you are faced with a very long second shot across the water – if you are long enough and end up in the right position on the fairway then it is possible to reach the green in two.

The 13th is another testing par-5 with bunkers strategically placed along the right side of the fairway and you will need to flirt with them if you want to have any chance of getting up in two on the heavily guarded green.

Navatanee Golf Course is a private members club and one of the most expensive golf clubs in Bangkok so it is usually pretty empty, especially on week days so you will certainly complete your round inside 4 hours.
