Well worth playing

Villamor Golf Club was in very good condition when I played, with smooth greens, well-kept fairways and plenty of mature trees framing the holes. The course is fairly flat, but it still provides a good challenge because you need to keep the ball in play and think carefully about your approach shots. The caddie was friendly and knew the course well, which made a real difference. It can get busy, and the visitor rate is not the cheapest in Manila, but the convenient location near the airport and the overall quality of the course make it well worth playing.
