Red Mountain Course is very Pretty and very Difficult

The course was in quite good condition and they did inform us that greens had been recently cored. They were not bad considering that. Fairways and tees were good. We have played here before so knew what to expect. We were very disappointed with the caddy experience. They were lovely young ladies and friendly, so we don’t blame them but one had 2 months experience and the other one 3 months. English very poor but they tried their best and we gave them a full tip. But we do blame the golf club because they should send out one experienced caddy with new younger ones. Our two had never played golf had some knowledge of distance but not consistent and couldn’t be relied on the get the greens slope. The caddies are not to blame but the golf club should take more care as it’s not a cheap course to play. We golf in Phuket as one of our preferred places but probably won’t play Red Mountain again.

Red Mountain is a fantastic course, very scenic and challenging.

The whole experience from check in, the knowledgable caddie and the condition of the course were excellent. The course is challenging but fair. The course is in immaculate condition, excellent fairways and manicured greens.

The course was most beautiful, with stunning backdrop, made all the better by quality caddies. Nothing to fault.

The Facilities, Caddies, and all staff were all excellent. A difficult time of year (very wet) whilst trying to make course improvements is being managed impeccably.

Social Golf at Red Mountain

The experience was great, the staff and caddies were excellent, the course played well and having not played it before we cannot comment whether the new holes detract from the course but they definitely are excellent in their own right and no one should be put off from playing the course. A good stocked pro shop with yet more helpful staff. Not an especially difficult course and one you would do better if playing a second time with a little more knowledge but overall a great days golf.
