Kawana Hotel

Kawana Hotel first opened in 1936, and has been a popular destination for golfers ever since.  There are two courses by the hotel: the Fuji Course and the Oshima Course, both of which enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Sagaminada area.  The Fuji Course consistently features as one of the world’s top 100 golf courses in U.S. magazines.

Our location offers a grand view of the sea from the golf course, natural lawn tennis court, and hot springs facility. Inside the hotel, we provide a range of diverse amenities, such as a souvenir shop and billiards tables.  At Kawana Hotel, we offer original dishes using recipes dating from the foundation of the hotel, which are made using rigorously-selected ingredients and demand careful work, perfect sauces, and flawless service. The Ocean View rooms offer a view of Sagaminada and the Izu Islands, while the Garden View rooms treat you to a vista of natural scenery that changes with every season.
