The Tasmanian Golf Club is located just 15 minutes northeast of Hobart City and bordered by water on three sides, Tasmania Golf Club is one of Australia's most spectacular golf courses. The layout was designed by Al Howard in 1971 and is best known for its iconic par-five 3rd hole, which leaves Barilla Bluff and drops steeply from tee to green. The remaining holes are less impressive, and there are some rudimentary design features on display across the property, but this is a nice members course and a great place for visitors to Tasmania to play.
