Northill Chiang Mai golf course has been extensively renovated and is due to re-open at the end of October 2015. As well as extensively remodelling six of the holes to make them more playable there will be a brand new driving range and modern club house. The course is not that long so it is ideal for players of all standards. The surroundings are not as picturesque as some of the other mountain golf courses in Chiang Mai but its proximity to the city will make this golf course a popular choice when it re-opens.

Course conditions are very bad, perhaps dry period. No green it is all sand

Facilities - locker and shower dirty and old, purchase water is understandable but need to purchase ice and cup.

Excellent golf course...and great service from caddies and club staff.

Not a challenging layout but it is friendly and easy to play course. Greens and fairways are in good condition.

Conditions not as expected

The tee boxes were, generally, in bad conditions, fairways were just ok and greens were just decent. The course is challenging enough having these conditions makes it more difficult. Driving range only opens at 8! So since my tee time was at 7:05 am I could not warm up by hitting 40 balls.

A very challenging golf course with plenty of bunkers and water

It was a a fun but challenging course. Bring plenty of golf balls if you are a high handicap player like me. These are the fastest greens I’ve ever played, so take the advice given by your caddies.

Course was challenging but fair, very scenic, the staff were helpful and polite, overall fantastic experience, will definitely be coming back my next stay in Thailand
