Golfsavers Co., Ltd is a member of the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO).
1. INTRODUCTION
When you make a booking with Golfsavers Co., Ltd (“Golfsavers”, “we”, “us”), your contract is with:

All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by them on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
2. OUR ROLE
Golfsavers acts as an intermediary arranging golf and travel services on your behalf. All services (including golf tee times, transfers, excursions, and hotel accommodation) are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
While we take reasonable care in selecting our suppliers, your contract for each service element is between you and the relevant supplier. We are not the provider of the underlying services.
3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that all information and pricing on our website is accurate at the time of publication. However:
- Golf courses and hotels may change facilities, conditions, or availability without notice.
- We cannot guarantee that all information will always be up to date.
We will notify you of any material changes we become aware of. We are not liable for inaccuracies unless it is proven that we failed to exercise reasonable care and skill.
4. GOLF COURSE CONDITIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Golf course conditions and the playing experience may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Maintenance work, aeration, or course renovations
- Weather conditions and water restrictions
- Tournaments, member events, or course closures
- Course management decisions
- Pace of play and player volumes
We do not guarantee course condition, speed of play, uninterrupted rounds, or that courses will not be busy. These factors are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.
5. WEATHER
Golf is an outdoor sport and is subject to weather conditions. Courses may close temporarily, use temporary greens or tees, or restrict play at their discretion. Play on temporary greens or tees is considered acceptable and is not grounds for a refund.
In the event of a full course closure:
- The course may issue a credit or voucher at its discretion.
- A refund will only be processed if the course agrees not to charge us.
All decisions by the golf course regarding weather-related closures are final. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
6. TEE TIMES
While we aim to secure your requested tee times, all tee times are subject to confirmation by the golf course, which may amend them at its discretion. In addition:
- Groups may be paired with other players.
- Single players may be required to join other groups.
- Groups of six or more may be split across tee times.
Where a requested tee time is not available, we will offer the closest available alternative.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- Arriving at the course on time.
- Meeting dress code requirements.
- Observing golf etiquette and course rules.
- Ensuring all players meet handicap requirements where applicable.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of play by the course with no refund. You are also liable for any damage caused to course property by you or members of your party.
8. MAKING A BOOKING
Bookings can be made via our website, by email, or through our online platform.
The person making the booking (the “lead name”):
- Accepts these terms on behalf of all travellers in the party.
- Is responsible for all payments due.
- Must ensure all party members are informed of these terms.
9. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Golf Bookings
- Full payment is required to confirm tee times.
- Payment must be received within 48 hours of our confirmation.
Holiday Packages (Golf + Hotel)
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at confirmation.
- The balance is due 8 weeks before the first date of travel.
- Bookings made within 8 weeks of travel require full payment at the time of booking.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit. Prices are subject to change until we issue a booking confirmation.
10. METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe or 2C2P. American Express is not accepted.
- Bank transfer to our accounts in Thailand or Singapore.
For bank transfers, we recommend using Wise (formerly TransferWise) for faster processing and lower fees. All payments must be received in full; any bank charges or currency conversion shortfalls are your responsibility.
11. REFUNDS
All refunds are subject to:
- A US$15 administration fee per booking.
- Any cancellation charges imposed by the supplier (golf course or hotel).
- Any bank or payment provider transaction fees.
Refunds may be issued by credit card, bank transfer (with fees deducted), or as credit for a future booking. Due to Thai banking regulations, international bank transfers may incur additional delays and charges.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. We are not liable for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
12. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS BY YOU
Before Payment
Cancellations before payment generally incur no charge. We reserve the right to charge THB 400 per amendment if excessive changes are made.
After Payment
In addition to any supplier charges, an administration fee of THB 400 per person per round applies.
Typical Golf Course Cancellation Policies
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tee time.
- 50% charge for cancellations within 7–14 days.
- 100% charge for cancellations within 7 days or no-shows.
Final cancellation decisions and charges rest with the golf course. Where a course issues credit rather than a cash refund, your refund may be delayed until the credit is reused.
13. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS BY US
We may need to make changes to or cancel bookings due to supplier issues, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a significant change occurs, you may:
- Accept the change.
- Accept a suitable alternative arrangement.
- Receive a full refund of amounts paid.
No additional compensation is payable where changes arise from force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. HOTEL BOOKINGS
For hotel accommodation, Golfsavers acts as an intermediary. Your contract for accommodation is directly with the hotel. The hotel’s own terms and conditions apply.
We are not responsible for the hotel’s services, facilities, or any changes made by the hotel. Any cancellations or amendments to hotel bookings are subject to the hotel’s own cancellation policy and may incur charges of up to 100% of the accommodation cost.
15. LIABILITY
We will arrange your booking with reasonable care and skill. However, as we act as an intermediary, we are not liable for:
- The acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.
- Golf course conditions or playing experience.
- Delays, disruptions, or service failures outside our control.
- Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, or wasted expenditure.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total amount you paid to us for that booking.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. COMPLAINTS
If you encounter a problem during your trip:
- Notify the supplier (golf course or hotel) immediately so they have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
- Contact us during your trip using the emergency contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
Post-travel complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return. Any legal claim arising from or related to a booking must be brought within 12 months of the last date of service provided under that booking.
17. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage, and personal liability before you travel. We are not liable for any losses or expenses that would normally be covered by an appropriate travel insurance policy.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- War, civil unrest, or terrorism.
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or environmental events.
- Epidemics or pandemics.
- Government actions, restrictions, or sanctions.
- Airline disruption, transport provider failure, or airport closures.
- Supplier insolvency or failure.
- IT or telecommunications failures.
19. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your party hold valid travel documents (passports, visas) and comply with any health or vaccination requirements for your destination. We accept no liability for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
20. DATA PROTECTION
We collect and process personal data (including names, contact details, and payment information) in order to fulfil your booking and provide our services. Your data may be shared with third-party suppliers (golf courses, hotels, transfer providers) as necessary to deliver the services you have booked.
We process personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@golfsavers.com.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these conditions or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
