It was easy and a good deal

Well in Huahin Thailand I booked a tee time on Springfield for 2 persons. Easy booking, quick response, very smooth.

Extremely professional. Very prompt in responding. Very accomodating. They dont get irritated with frequent changes. Special complements to Mai who was very helpful and efficient. Keep it up.

Absolutely fantastic staff and company. We pre booked 18 games of golf all over Thailand along with 45 vehicle transfers. Everything was spot on. We even made several changes to our tee times to play earlier out of the heat and due to altered flights. All the changes were made and vouchers were re issued with great efficiency. When visiting Hua Hin in Thailand recently, before I left Australia I booked 3 games of golf - 2 at Black Mountain and 1 at Banyon. I found the whole online booking and confirmation process was excellent. I particularly liked being able to state a time range to tee off. Where the time was earlier, I was offered another time online which I could either confirm or reject. Initially I was worried about booking online and that the company was reliable, so I called Golfsavers office in Thailand to book. The staff member who took my call told me to complete the online form. I also paid for a car to collect me from the apartment I was staying in and to collect me at the end of each round of golf to return me to Hua Hin. Mrs Air & her team of drivers were all very professional. One day I had to wait 30 minutes after I had finished my game to be collected when I played at Banyon, however I had finished much earlier than anticipated. I had no problem with a driver coming very promptly when I wanted to be collected earlier than expected on both days when I played at the Black Mountain Golf Course. This company is highly organised and trustworthy, so I would highly recommend them to you to book your rounds of golf.

Excellent experience with Golfsavers I'm particularly impressed with the prompt feedback / response the customer services team have provided. All arrangements were on schedule depsite my tight timings. Very happy with their service and would recommend to anyone who wishes to play at Bangkok with Golfsavers.
