First, An email I sent requesting information was never answered. Second, A booking was acknowledged instantly but I had 3 days later to get confirmation that the tee times had booked. This was at the weekend, but seemingly the computer logs were not checked on monday mornings & followed up. Third, Golfsavers were unable to book a tee time for a course listed `Plutaluang Royal Thai Navy`.

I've used this Company several times whilst in different parts of Thailand and on each occasion found them to be excellent. The booking process is extremely efficient and everything booked worked 100%. Cars always on time, no problem at any golf club. The rates given seem to be very good, saving on the actual course rack rates. The transport costs are quite high but there was only two of us sharing a car.

Great service. Saving money. Good choice of the golf courses.

Offer a reasonable discount on the published green fee. Had to email them to ensure that we could rent clubs before paying the green fee up front. Slight delay in response. Once you make the online enquiry you have to wait until the booking is confirmed. The discount was watered down for us by an 11USD booking fee which I was not aware of when booking.

Thanks to all at Golfsavers Thailand for their prompt and courteous service in arranging 5 games of golf at very short notice on our recent holiday there. Great courses and we plan to use your services again on future trips overseas.

Ich habe in Thailand (Phuket) 5 Golfrunden gebucht und die Abwicklung hat bestens funktioniert. Übersichtlicher Bestellvorgang und Zahlungsabwicklung. Sogar eine Umbuchung auf einen anderen Tag war kein Problem. Chat funktioniert gut und schnell. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.
