One of the newest additions to the up and coming golf scene in Laos is the newly opened Lakeview Vientiane Golf Club. Located some 15 minutes from the city centre of Vientiane the golf course boasts a very modern design.  The resort style course was designed by Nelson & Howarth and measures 7153 yards from the back tees. With a par of 72 it is very much a course designed for today’s big hitters.

Designing the course took a great deal of imagination, as the area before construction was extremely flat and needed a lot of remodelling to provide a golf course that was pleasing on the eye and also enjoyable for those that play.
