Karuizawa Marriott Hotel

The staff were polite and helpful, the the hotel’s ground is very large with beautiful vegetation. the rooms are quite large by Japanese standard and nicely decorated in a mix Japanese/Western style. In general, the services are good and the staff is eager and friendly. The food and service in the restaurant are good.
