ANA Crown Plaza Chitose is centrally located next to a large shopping centre, and a short walk from Chitose Train Station.  The hotel has a scheduled airport shuttle service to Chitose Airport.  Free Wifi is available throughout the hotel and guest rooms.  The hotel has several restaurants and bars serving both international and Japanese cuisine.  The Park Bar is equipped with three state of the art golf simulation machines, darts and billiards.

The Ana Crowne Plaza in Chitose was on our first visit to Sapporo in Hokkaido. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy, however, the staff reception was a bit disappointing when we tried to check in early, and was abruptly told to leave our luggage and come back later. The hotel is close to a small shopping mall, and two train stops to a factory outlet. It is convenient to move around by train, the station is only a 5 min walk away.
